Lisa Bent is a TV Presenter and qualified Counsellor combining her skills to produce and present refreshing new material. Self-Central is the name of her online interview show where she seeks to get to the heart of what makes them tick.

Lisa's first interview was with Lemar shortly after his appearance on Fame Academy in 2003, since then she has gone onto host numerous events in London's prestigious venues, anchored and co-hosted topical and lifestyle shows on Sky and interviewed an array of celebrities both on and off the red carpet. She is known for her straight to the point views, wit and smile.

Not content with appearing on UK airwaves Lisa went on to host Quiz Time the only game show transmitted Live to Barbados main channel CBC-TV8 and Mint Africa the sister quiz show to the UK version, which went out to certain regions in Africa. For the past four years Lisa has worked with Black Filmmakers (BFM) as a presenter on Rollin', a movie review and entertainment show where her confidence, diligence and charm enabled her to clinch interviews with some of the biggest names in film and music including, Danny Boyle, Jennifer Hudson, Mark Wahlberg and Cuba Gooding Jr to name a few. She also facilitated Q&A's with directors within Venue's such as The British Museum and The British Film Institute for BFM's yearly International film festival.

Lisa holds a BA Hons degree in Performing Arts and a First class BA Hons degree in Counselling from the University of Greenwich and is Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
